my nostr dev frens have provoked me to investigate whether i can extend my pubkey index to include pubkey-inclusive very nasty fat ugly a tags
i have already done some work with this kind of stuff, but one thing i've learned out of all of this is that it's best to just target one thing at a time
so, yeah, i'm not gonna make a d-tag index
nor am i going to save 2 bytes max switching the kind to a binary encoding
but changing the npub field in the middle to a short hex encoded index value
