Normal thermostat designer: we put the hysteresis in the set point
The designer of my thermostat: we put the hysteresis in the temperature reading
Literally if it says 18º and then you set the thermostat to 19º it will update its temperature reading to 19º and leave the heating off. It's the most infuriating thing.
