You'll never be able to guarantee it was deleted. When you delete a post on Twitter, you're only asking 1 party (Twitter) to delete, and you still never know for sure whether they did. They may have soft deleted it but at least you got what you wanted and you can tell your tweet isn't being shown anymore. Doing this on nostr doesn't make sense to me. Asking many relays and many clients to delete data + not show it? It's just trying to map what you're used to onto a new protocol where it may not be useful.
