people could rent space in their cities, wherever they want and people would zap a specific event that represents that billboard; the top bidder is displayed on half the board and the other half goes to pleb's live feed
the person that invested on paying for the space gets a large chunk of sats and the other chunk goes to fund something local (e.g., sponsor a local developer to go to marina (npub1706…8hgu)'s TorogozDev)
