Third lawsuit filed in the U.S. to stop the elimination of TPS for Venezuelan nationals
The Venezuelan-American Caucus informed about a new federal lawsuit in the United States against the elimination of the Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans in that country. Adelis Ferro, director of the Venezuelan-American Caucus, indicated this Monday, March 3, that this lawsuit, filed in Boston, is the third against the Trump administration's order to eliminate this migrant protection status. Unlike the first two legal actions, filed in California and Maryland, this one includes Haitian migrants, whose TPS was also eliminated by Trump's order.
