Prioritizing technical support for users solely based on their position has never sat well with me, especially when it's often something trivial that doesn't prevent them from working.
I've realized over time it's not that highly educated people can't figure out how to fix many of their own issues; it's that they consider such problems unworthy of their attention. That's what peons like me are there for.
