Hmm seems like I'll need to fix a lot of things.
- Videos have no preview "poster" images.
- Aspect ratio can't be calculated from `small` image
- `since_id` doesn't seem to work properly
- Pinned posts don't work properly too
- Only posts with media are returned even when viewing a Mastodon profile — feels like `media_only` filter by default
- Maybe need to invert the layout (media at the top, text at the bottom)
- What else?
