So, now I can properly talk about it - the transcripts in Apple Podcasts also show chapters, which is nice, as well as speaker names. These are Buzzsprout-generated (and I've not corrected them). Interestingly, the speaker names here are from an SRT file, not the VTT. No wonder I have been having issues with the VTT.
