Operation. Maintenance is a fucking nightmare, as the company is doing it's damnedest to keep several millions of dollars' worth of specialized heavy equipment running, relying solely on people who have random experience levels in random technical and mechanical fields, with almost no spare parts, and fuck all for tools.
They tend to ignore me when I ask questions like "If you're the only confirmed blood match for a family member, and time is of the essence, what is the logic in hoping that somebody will answer the hotline in the office when the office staff has left for the day, and we're already grossly understaffed?"
