And if they don't, we start mass letter writing campaigns and hold demonstrations outside their offices. The talking points are already written in this article, so that part is easy.
Every letter-writing campaign can be accompanied by a press release to help reframe the narrative. The proposed legislation needs an identifiable name that can gain wide recognition so that every small action locally contributes to the wider project.
