I am so thankful. I just settled on the balance due to the contractor who recently did electrical work, so we have lights in the front of our house again, and replaced our rotten siding. I am very happy that he did a good job and charged a fair price. He was also very considerate of our masking requirements. There are still some decent folks out there.
