Hey the npub formerly known as bohemia (npub1fhp…ds8n) ! Sightglass coffee is the only roaster on our site that has certified organic coffees. Their flagship blend is Blueboon, which is a medium roast. I personally really enjoyed it.
I also remember you posting a bag of Groundwork. All of Groundwork’s coffees are organic, and their most popular medium blends are Lucky Jack and Black Magic. If you want one of those, let me know and I can add them to the site! We sell a lot of Groundwork for our regular biz.
