I think I am one of those poutine purists who doesn't want anything more than the base three components.
The only time I ever throw in something extra is when I have irresponsibly drunk, and even then though no matter how good of an idea it seems when ordering, I am always disappointed when it gets to me.
I am glad you found something that you like. I wish I could like it.
