THIS... was a singularly awesome moment this past summer.
This is a picture of Bill Crossland, pulling an #espresso shot on my La Marzocco GS3 MP, in our dining room.
Why is it significant?
Bill is the inventor of the GS3, and the guy who made dual-boiler machines running on 110V power a reality.
The #LaMarzoccoGS3 is arguably the most ground breaking espresso machine in the last 25 years. It changed the trajectory of espresso coffee.
