I've had good luck with Ariat boots and Tennis shoes. They last me 3ish years with 7 to 10 mile a day walking on concrete flooring.
I do retail management.
I'm an 11 wide with skinny heels.
The Red Wings blistered my heels to high holy.
The Cartharts(sp) were too tight in the toes.
I also have high arches, so I use Luchasse boots as my dress shoe. Their work boots are China made cheappies.
