Probably not true. I have too many diverse friends by sex, orientation,culture, ethnicity, country to ever agree with say, FHA's "redlining" homogeneous rules of underwriting in the 1950's. We're not that America anymore. Diversity can literally be the life of the party with the right individuals of various forms. I believe it because it's been true in my life. But diversity does present a challenge, and one that "normal" humans (if there are any left un-propagandized) navigate happily together.
