We just got our lease renewal notice… and this has been one of the most stressful parts for me after moving from BC to AB. (BC had rent control)
Good news! It’s only a 2%(ish) increase.
I consider that a huge win!!! Now my stress levels can calm down for another year. 💜 #Yeg
