Oh, I'm aware. I live in a place where the politicians stole all the money for shelters and services for strays, literally, people went to jail.
As a result my trailer park has at least 30 stray cats. 2 more litters were born this month. Most of those won't live.
I have 2 in the house and feed and love as many as I can. But I witnessed the mother of 1 from last years litter push the last surviving cat away from food becuse she needs it to make milk for the new ones.
