For those keeping score, 1/6th of our food didn’t come. The delivery person texted us often to gripe that the restaurant was swamped and our order wasn’t ready in a timely fashion, as if we could do something about that. What did come was delivered a good 90 minutes after we ordered and was cold.
Ordered because of Covid. Service refunded the exact cost of the missing food, but kept $80+ dollars in fees plus the high tip we gave for the holiday stayed.
At least it wasn’t a ghost kitchen.
