emergency hierarchy
1. personal (most likely to happen)
2. Neighbor hood (likely to happen)
3. regional (can happen but not often)
4. country (can happen but not likely)
If your preps do not follow this structure you are prepped incorrectly.
if you can not handle a 6 month personal emergency you will never handle a regional or country emergency.
