almost gone a month without nicotine. have replaced it with daily meditation
what stands out to me is that X & major social media platforms, just like nicotine, bring extremely chaotic, almost manic energy to my mindstate
it’s the kind of thing that’s obvious but takes an extreme act of abstinence to correct.
I do not have time to marvel at all the problems of the world both real & imagined. I do not have time for popularity contests or value games.
I’d like to get my dopamine from real life experiences that further my real life goals, or from simply being outside.
