Oh this RFKJr thing is FUNNY funny.
Seems that the spoiler candidate filed papers in multiple states claiming residence in New York. Well, NY says he doesn’t live there, he lives in CA and stayed at the NY address exactly once. So they tossed the ballot petition as false and invalid.
What’s worse is that other states can toss him for the same reason.
And it’s funny but moot that his ticket would be ineligible for CA’s electoral votes because Shanahan, his veep pick, is from CA too.
