A nuance to this: I don't intend to ever sell any BTC at all, as long as eventually, as time passes, reasonable options to borrow against BTC come to exist.

BTC does not have any sort of yield or cash flow generation, so it's great to store value, but not to live off it. And I need to retire and be able to eat.

If one day I can borrow against my holdings to buy yield bearing, cash flow generating assets, that's ideal. True generational wealth. If things remain as ridiculous as they are now in terms of the interests lenders want, extreme collateralization, rehypothecation etc. then I will have to suck it up and sell back to fiat to do it.
My personal price target to begin to even consider my options (in terms of maybe selling some) is $500k. I'm not bothering with price action before that. Only stacking.

To me, if BTC doesn't hit $500k, it will have failed. That doesn't mean it has to be next week -- I'm running a long game. I give it and myself 10 more years.
