These are issues impacting all Android devices, not only Pixels. However, the firmware changes to defend against them are Pixel specific and not within the scope of the Android Security Bulletin. Google can't make other OEMs fix firmware flaws outside the scope of ASB.
In April 2024, they shipped the reset attack mitigation feature we proposed as a Pixel firmware update, but they limited the scope of it to fastboot mode, which fully addresses what we reported to them.
