Following._ has a snapshot of a follow list I've never had. (Unless I don't remember, which I find unlikely)
I currently don't have interest in sifting through it to see what's different. I'm speculating that some relay is not registering any unfollow actions, so it's just keeping a list of anyone ever followed? Don't matter, its just interesting.
