We outsourced keeping a list.
I keep rolling that observation around in my head, looking at it from various angles, trying to find a way to square it with my understanding of reasonable business risks and expenses. I am, as you might guess, having trouble doing so.
It's an important list, in some senses. The items on it represent internal consensus about certain business priorities. It is a list that has the attention of C-suite staff.
