On the one hand, npub1eeetax7xxyr7mem486lqayj4av7czytttp9swjwn6yry6sn790lqrve209 (npub1eee…e209) strongly dislikes Meta and even compares them to a criminal organization. But on the other hand, when Meta actually faces regulations, he reacts like a little kid whose favorite toy got taken away.

By the way, I personally think the only reason #Threads would consider adding #ActivityPub integration is because they're feeling pressure from EU regulations.

Threads is the most fun, most interesting new product of the year, and no one in the E.U. can use it, or will be able to use it anytime soon, because their own elected officials passed a law that effectively bans it.
