My son works with me a couple of days a week in the summers. This will be his 4th year doing so at 11 years old.
We run service routes, and enjoy audiobooks between jobs.
Its all business, and finance in my vehicle. I started Rich Dad, poor Dad for like the 50th time, and half way through the book the kid says I’m starting an IRA, and dumping everything in there until 18 when I can pull a penalty exempt distribution to buy a home, and start building my asset column. I said that’s great, but why? He said because money (all money) is imaginary. Physical assets are not, and I can start renting that home for more than I would pay in rent if I get a cheap place to live. So anyways his aunt (a financial adviser, and accountant is coming down next week to help us set things up with him,
