#Gaza is the hungriest place on earth, the United Nations warns. Every drop of water is rationed. Every piece of bread is hope. Families survive on what little they can find, as medical centers are turned to rubble and the promise of help fades in endless negotiations. The only kidney dialysis center in northern Gaza is gone.
Meanwhile, elsewhere, we let water run. We scrape plates into the bin. We forget fruit in the fridge. We assume health, shelter, children, and wealth are simply ours. so ordinary, we rarely pause to notice.

When you eat, when you drink, when you hold your loved ones, remember: what you have is precious. Not everyone has this luxury. Let every drop, every bite, every moment remind you: #gratitude is not just a feeling, but a responsibility. Waste nothing. Take nothing for granted.
