Finally got around to working out how to use Ventoy. It's a tool for creating a reusable boot USB, which can boot any GNU/Linux ISO image you copy onto it. If there's more than one, it boots to a menu. Very handy.
The documentation for GNU/Linux isn't super thorough, and assumes I naturally do everything from the command line (I don't). So it was a bit fiddly to get it working. But now I've figured it out, I think I'll be using it a lot.
