I think "Sino-Nazis" lacks a lot of nuance and it probably more harmful than helpful of a comparison to make.
I think Russia as a Russian-slavic-nationalist state, Israel as a Jewish-nationalist state, or India as a Hindu-nationalist state make a bit more sense as points of comparison.
