had a conversation with a female grad student who didn't want to put it in writing that her male PI made some sexist remarks and told her to ignore advice given by women scientists!! 😡 so she very reluctantly told me over a call. I advised her to DEFINITELY document it and shared the grievance process from our code of conduct. ugh - it's 2025, when will this end??!! no wonder we have a leaky pipeline in #academia
