Managed to complete the main game of AC Origins yesterday and... man, Aya was painfully underwritten. One has to wonder why they felt the need to switch to her in certain missions at all when they forced so much cut scene incompetence on her. (Notably: getting surprised by a random mook, which she dispatches... somehow)
Which is a pity because I did like the switch to double blades that came with her stages. Maybe I should have focused on that playstyle with Bayek as well.
