I've met men who were adamant that "It's not the same."
Men coming on to them IS creepy and weird, but men saying the same things to women is just a 'normal' interaction. These same men also believed that men being raped by a man is a more serious crime than a woman being raped by a man because 'stigma'.
I made sure never to be on my own in a room with those men.
