I'm reading about wildfires and apparently there is a conspiracy theory that "the government" is starting the fires and/or intentionally mismanaging the firefighting efforts for money purposes.
Is there some kind of logic behind this conspiracy? How would "the government" make money off more and bigger wildfires?
