Probably quite easy to record
Audio-only, so easy to edit
Hosting a podcast (web server with RSS) should be easy
Emphasis on the "guest" talking about stuff, so prep time for me shouldn't be too bad.
There must be plenty of people willing to spend a few minutes nerding out about something that interests them (way beyond computer-y topics, I hope).
What's the worst that could happen? It just doesn't take off...
