I'll consider you "a SEMI GOD" IFF you could tell me what kind of transistors/diodes ( 1N4148 ) ? Are those in the schematics. I tried *MANY TIMES* doing research/experimenting with things like LTSpice to create a 'reasonably working' NOR/NAND gate .. "At most" I managed to get something "kinda working" up to 2 Mhz or such. I could tell you "by eye" that if you'd use BC337 or 2N2222 for that "I'd bet it doesn't work at all" ( with TTL levels ). I never found a schematic fully working.
