The Western Rite of Orthodoxy is small compared to the rest of Orthodoxy in America, and this prayer book isn't used by most Orthodox, no. It contains the Liturgy of St Tikhon, which is a theologically corrected version of the old Anglican Liturgy we used when I was growing up. Other Western Rite churches use the Liturgy of St Gregory, which is the old Roman Rite. The St Ambrose Prayer Book contains that Liturgy and more Orthodox-ized western prayers, including the Rosary and devotions to the Theotokos.
