I do. I use edge tub. Has been super beneficial. I find cold makes me feel better than sauna. I’ve tried both. I started with cold showers for about a year, and once I was hooked, I moved into cold plunges. I do them about 4x per week, 10-12 minutes at 42 degree water. I also still do cold showers. There’s some nuance to find what works for you - but I find I don’t get sick, I have more energy and mental clarity.
