My (nearly 80yo) parents are taking care of of my sister’s #actuallyautistic teenager. She was unfortunately never provided with the tools autistic kids need to survive. And even though my parents raised multiple autistic kids (including me), they mostly left us to figure it out rather than actively teaching us to survive in this world.
I would love some recommendations of books that will help them better understand the autistic experience, and hopefully help them help her navigate it
