Long story short, I can't decide if I should try to reason with someone online who keeps trying to make the Fediverse and Mastodon look bad.
For context, I made a post advertising an "official" instance for a fandom I am part of on Reddit, but this person commented with an article saying that Mastodon has CSAM stuff everywhere, despite this being a problem on other platforms.
This is not the first time they tried to make the fediverse look bad. What should I do?
