WHY would the SEC meet with ETF issuers a bazillion times just to say nah?
Sure, tiny chance they still reject, but this is the first time in the history of spot Bitcoin ETF applications that the SEC regularly engaged on what was needed. And Gensler commented on the court case requiring them to take another look.
