There is such a thing as custodial bitcoin, but there is no such a thing as custodial lightning since the moment any of them becomes custodial a transfer of both becomes a fast database update.
The whole point of LN is that it was supposed to be a non-custodial payment solution which could compete with custodial ones in terms of scale and speed.
