Doctor noticed some spasms in the neck as well. He determined this muscle called the sternocleidomastoid is inflamed and that lump is where the muscle ends.
Hopefully the steroid and muscle relaxers take care of it.

Doctor noticed some spasms in the neck as well. He determined this muscle called the sternocleidomastoid is inflamed and that lump is where the muscle ends.
