It looks like Liberty has failed to convince Yvette Cooper & the Home Office not to appeal a court finding that Braverman's measures against protestors were actually illegal....
It will now be interesting to see how this plays out & what it reveals (or confirms) about Starmer & Cooper's view of the right to protest!
