Made some wild yeast starters to see if I can capture any wild yeast from some flowers I picked during my trip.

I was pretty stoked to find some random hops growing among the tall grass on the side of the path at kinderdijk so I grabbed a few.

I also snagged a few big red clover flowers at the Norwegian Heritage Museum in Oslo, near the stavechurch.

I also saw a ton of wild growing mugwort and yarrow all over the place in Scandinavia and The Netherlands.
