No photos apart from this silly selfie from this weekend as I was too busy keeping warm and learning how to survive. Many thanks to the instructors at Tayside Mountain Rescue for an excellent Swiftwater Rescue Course. I was literally and figuratively out of my depth for most of day 1 and the learning curve was a bit steeper than I like but with attention to safety and careful progression, by day 2 I was enjoying myself. 😄
