I wear two pairs of heavy pants, knee high socks, wool socks, two shirts, and a sweater, and my legs are still icy.
I don't think 3 pairs of pants will help.
I spent a few weeks breaking out in full body bubbly hives when I would go out in the building hallway - at 70 degrees. Hives on the bottoms of the feet are painful!
Meds help. They don't fix it.
