One does not even need to ask employer to be paid in Bitcoin. One can simply redirect all or part of his paycheck direct deposit to any bank account you wish. Today there are several ways to do that: strike, coinbase, kraken, gemini for starters. It's your money, your call. A smart one if you ask me.
