If it takes over your life then that is a failure of your employer. That is not a good work-life balance. Too often you become a workaholic or deal with the stress of the job through other addictions because there isn't proper support. Then you aren't as able to handle the job and burn out. I do not think our real service job workers should be put through this. Their well-being is important too, if this isn't taken into account then we have failed them and it will be to everyone's detriment.
Yeah. I don't know how any of these officers survive the job at this point. Especially when they allow so many corrupt officers to join up.
